Supporting expatriate employees and their families in Japan

Is it easy to adapt another culture? We would say "no". It is obvious that it would take some time for anyone to become familiar with foreign customs. Also, it is required to submit the rules to Director of Labor Standard Office. Those rules are not just for employees; it will protect employers from labor disputes. We will support you to draw up the rules in English and Japanese, therefore both your expatriate employees and Japanese employees would easily understand the rules.

Operating your social security and social insurance administration

When a corporation or branch office hires employees in Japan, it must join the following social insurances for its workers:

  1. Worker's accident compensation insurance
  2. Employment insurance
  3. Social health insurance
  4. Employee pension

The procedures for the social insurances are complicated and will require the knowledge of Japanese laws to proceed. We will support you to operate your social insurance administration so you can concentrate on your regular duties.
